Is the dashboard really free?
Yes. There is no subscription and no listing fee, and it works the same whether Wellzo ever sends you anybody or not.
Where do Wellzo bookings show up?
In the same list you already work from. A booking from the app sits in your day next to the ones you took at the desk. The customer checks in and cancels it in their own app.
Do I have to replace my current system?
No. The dashboard is there if you want it, and you can keep running the tools you already use.
Can I put only some services on Wellzo?
Yes. Listing is per service and off until you turn it on, so a service that is already full can stay yours alone. A listed service is bookable at any of its session times.
Can I stop listing later?
Yes. Switch a service off and it stops appearing on Wellzo. Sessions somebody already booked still go ahead.
