How do employees use it?
In the Wellzo app. They see their credits and book a session; no vouchers, no reimbursement forms.
What does it cost?
Two parts: the credits you buy for your company account, and a platform fee paid alongside them. We agree the credit rate, the fee and the payment terms with you when you get in touch.
How do we add people?
Invite each person by phone number in the portal. They get a text with their own link and join in the Wellzo app.
What happens when someone leaves?
Remove them in the portal. Their unused credits return to your company account on their own, ready for the next person.
What about someone on long leave?
Their credits stay in their account. If you would rather use them elsewhere, move them back to a department and send them again when the person returns.
Can we start with one department?
Yes. Fund one department, see how it goes, and move credits to the next one when you are ready.
