Delete Your Wellzo Account

This is the fastest way, and it takes effect immediately — you do not need to wait for us.

• Open the Wellzo app and sign in.
• Go to the Profile tab.
• Tap Settings.
• Tap Legal and Account.
• Tap Delete account, then confirm.

You will be signed out on every device straight away, and your login will stop working.

If you have already uninstalled the app, or you cannot sign in, you do not need to reinstall it. Email support@well-zo.com with the subject "Delete my account" and tell us the phone number you registered with.

We will contact you on that number to confirm the request is really yours before we delete anything. This step protects your account: without it, anyone who knows your phone number could have it deleted.

Once we have confirmed it is you, we complete the deletion within 30 days.

Deletion anonymizes your account rather than erasing every record:

• We clear your personal information, such as your name, contact details, photo and other profile data.
• We disable your login, so you can no longer sign in.
• Some de-identified records remain — for example, bookings — because removing them would break the integrity of Partners' records and other members' histories. These records are no longer tied to your identity.
• If you are a corporate member, your billing records are retained for your employer's accounting.

Because of this, we cannot promise the complete erasure of every record; we keep only what we need for integrity, accounting, and legal reasons, in a form that no longer identifies you where possible.

Deleting your account does not cancel a paid Wellzo membership and does not refund unused credits. If you have an active membership, cancel it first.

Deletion cannot be undone. To use Wellzo again afterwards, you would have to create a new account.
